Maggie Grace, born Margaret Grace Denig on September 21 the 21st of September 1983 in Worthington Ohio is an American actor. Maggie Grace is most well-known for playing Shannon Rutherford and Kim Mills respectively in ABC's Lost television series. Maggie Grace, originally from Worthington from Ohio dropped out high school in order to move in Los Angeles after her divorced parents. Her first role came to her, as Rachel's Room's main character in 2001, despite having a difficult time financially. The actress was able to secure an Young Artist Award nomination in 2002, for her role as 15-year-old murder victim Martha Moxley in the television film Murder in Greenwich. Grace was Shannon Rutherford on the Lost television show in 2004. She was the main role for two seasons, and won an award for her performance, a Screen Actors Guild Award. Grace wanted to focus on film after playing opposite Tom Welling's character on The Fog, in 2005. Grace has been on Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club and in 2007 and in Taken alongside Liam Neeson in 2008 as Kim Mills. The same character was played by Grace as Kim Mills in Taken 2 and Taken 3 (both in 2012). Grace returned to her role as Shannon in Lost and the final episode. The year was 2013, and she was a guest in the sixth episode of Californication. The character she plays is Faith who's a star-gazer and the girl in the group. Hank Moody, played by David Duchovny, falls for her. Maggie Gyllenhaal.........................Margalit Ruth Gyllenhaal ( born November 16 1977) is an American actress and filmmaker. Part of the Gyllenhaal family she is the daughter of film makers Stephen Gyllenhaal and Naomi Achs and is the younger sibling of actor Jake Gyllenhaal. She began her career when she was a teenager, playing small appearances in the films of her father and starred with her brother in the popular cult film Donnie Darko (2001). The year 2002 saw her was featured as a character in Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind. She also appeared on Mona Lisa Smile (2003). Gyllenhaal received nominations for a Golden Globe Award in both the action drama Sherrybaby (2005) and the love story Secretary (2002). The two movies were critically acclaimed. In 2006, she starred in numerous films that were commercially successful, including World Trade Center. However the role she played as Rachel Dawes that brought her more attention with The Dark Knight (2008). In the wake of her performance that was a hit as a single mother on the screen in Crazy Heart (2009), she was awarded the Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress. In the following years, she appeared in dramatics and comedies: Nanny McPhee as well as the Big Bang (2010) Hysteria (2011) and Will Not Back Down (2012). Alongside her work as an agent of the Secret Service agent, she also appeared on screen in White House Down (2013) and Frank (2014). Her most recent roles include her character as the primary protagonist of the film The Kindergarten Teacher (2018). Gyllenhaal composed and directed her debut film The Lost Daughter in 2021. The psychological drama won Best Screenplay Award from the Venice International Film Festival. It was also nominated to the Academy Award of Best Adapted Screenplay.
